Bio:
Erin C. O’Connor finds the inspiration for her paintings directly at the source. Her passion for working en plein air has produced work from the Rocky Mountains, the great Western deserts, numerous whitewater river trips, the northern California coast and wine country, and the Hawaiian Islands.

Her strong following includes collectors and exhibits throughout the U.S.

Recent highlights include the Carmel Plein Air Event (Carmel, CA), The Rocky Mountain Plein Air Paint Outs and exhibition (NM, AZ, WY, & Estes Park, CO), the Fall Arts Festival (Jackson Hole, WY), the Thunderbird Foundation’s Maynard Dixon Country Paint Out (Historic Dixon Studio; Mt Carmel, UT), and The Sonoma Plein Air Event (Sonoma, CA).

O’Connor has studied with some of the West’s most prominent artists through the Scottsdale Artists School and the Fechin Institute. She makes her home in the thriving and supportive art community of Jackson Hole, where she has resided since 1987.
